Byron Dabney, Principal
Byron Dabney is Capital Property Solutions founding Principal. He has a decades-long history in real estate management, facilities management, commercial brokerage and property development. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a licensed real estate broker.
Byron's property management career started as director of facilities for the Don M. Casto Organization. In 1991 he joined DBL Property Management, which provided institutional-quality management services to local investor-owners. His next position was as a principal in the Capitol Equities Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. He founded CPS in 2005 to focus on the lines of association and property management, facility management and tenant representation.
Arnold Barzak III, Principal; PMSD, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
After graduating from The Ohio State University, Arnold Barzak started in the real estate industry and worked with a national commercial firm for four years. He then worked six and a half years as Director of Association Management at a Columbus firm. He has earned the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
As a Principal at Capital Property Solutions, Arnold is committed to raising the bar in condominium and homeowner association management. A technology and systems-oriented manager, Arnold works to increase communication, efficiency and effectiveness in our operations, which allows us to focus on customer service and spend more time on proactive management.
